My husband and I were talking about the blog the other day, and we got to talking about whether or not we have a favorite photo of all time. Jeremy said he had one that was way up there, and it happens to be one of my favorites, too.
When we lived in Lansing, we were only minutes away from a zoo, and we took Josephine a lot when she was little. She absolutely loved it, especially the big cat house where there is only a pane of glass between you and lions and tigers. We caught a great shot of her and a lion checking each other out once, and to this day, it is just so astonishing and beautiful that we look at it often.
I just love it.
It got me in the mood to look at wildlife photography, so if you want a few fun things to check out, take a look at what happened when a photographer approached a pride of lions with a camera attached to a remote control car, and then head over to National Geographic’s best wildlife photography while you’re at it.
But come back when you’re done and tell me if you have a favorite picture you’ve taken. I’d love to hear about it and or see it!
